At Essel Eyewear NY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

• 3.
  Secure Your Shipment

  Place your eyewear in its protective case and original box to prevent damage during transit, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
